Haji Lane houses a lot of interesting cafes in Singapore, Stateland is one of those cafes. Stateland’s interiors caught my eye because it was so grungy, industrial and dark. These are three things I’m starting to love aside from my usual French/English interiors.
I didn’t stay to try out their food because I only stayed here for a quick coffee run although I have heard that they serve some of Singapore’s best waffles so if you’re dropping by, go ahead and try them out!
They have good coffee, being the flat white-ist that I am, I simply had to try it. It was great, less milk and more coffee in that red cup. Yes, that’s a red cup, forgive the bad lighting, the cafe was really dark and warm-lit and I’m not the best photographer in the world, LEL.
Stateland is one of those places that combines great interiors with matching food, a majority of the locals seem to head here for a coffee date or an intimate catch-up session.
Love the interiors/wish I tried the food! #SadFace
